Colorful World
Colorful World by CeCe Winans, Keith Thomas, and Alvin Love III is a beautiful story about being different. This book talks about and shows pictures of children all around the world and how not one of us is exactly the same. No matter what the color of your skin or what you might experience becasue of that we are all special in our own way and that is important. This book can teach you alot about different ethnicities, excepting others and much more. I really enjoyed this book becasue it shows how beautiful it is to be different, and how if you open your mind to different things the possibilites of who you could meet or what you could do are endless.

this sounds like it would be very appealing to young adults. I believe that we all need to be constantly reminded about being special with our communities and school's diverse population and mixed cultures
Celebrating difference is the way to go!!!
